STEP 2
After purchasing your tests, you will receive a lab order/requisition from a licensed physician in your state, delivered to your account in Grassroots Labs. You can print out that lab order and have your tests performed in one of over 2200+ approved testing centers across the US, operated by Quest Diagnostics. STEP 3
Share Your Results with Your MangoRX Provider
Your results should be ready in approximately 5-7 business days. Once your results are in, you will be notified by email.
You have two options to share your results with MangoRX: share directly from your Grassroots Labs account via encrypted email or upload your results to your MangoRX provider in your MangoRX member portal. See below for instructions.

Because of historical state restrictions, Grassroots Labs is unable to offer testing to NY, NJ, and RI residents but our lab partner, Quest Diagnostics, has recently begun to offer testing via their consumer lab ordering platform.
